Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses worldwide. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Since we deliver worldwide, the delivery times can vary significantly depending on your location. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 30 business days. Please be aware that these times are approximate and may vary based on factors such as customs clearance and the efficiency of your local postal service.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sundays.

We offer a FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of weight, size, or destination. This simplifies the checkout process and ensures transparency in pricing for our customers.
Please note that this free rate covers most shipping destinations worldwide. However, additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas. Any such additional fees will be clearly communicated to prior to preparing your order, your order will not be processed until you approve the additoinal fees, in case you don't provide approval within 5 working days or are not satisfied with the additonal fees we we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at support@designpix.online , to expedite your request please include photos of the item, it's packaging clearly showing the damage.
Returns of faulty products must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in the condition you received it and in the original packaging. A replacement or refund will be issued upon inspecting the product and confirming the defect.

Our products are custom-made and thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately at support@designpix.online ,for assistance.

If you receive a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will ensure the correct product is shipped to you with no additional shipping cost.

Please note that due to the nature of our custom-made products, we do not accept returns for changes of mind. Returns can only be accepted for defective products or products that are significantly different from what was represented on our site.
We do not offer exchange on any item.
